Right on the edge of the New Forest National Park and just outside the village of Lyndhurst, The Oak Inn is in some of the county's prime walking, cycling and horse-riding territory.

Easily reached by road, we're a short distance from the M27, while Southampton is just a short drive away.

Aside from the stunning New Forest, with its walking, rambling, cycling and horseriding trails, we're very close to Poultons Park, the Beaulieu National Motor Museum, and the New Forest Reptile Centre. Of course, the bright lights of Southampton and Portsmouth aren't far away either
